Introduction to Probability Screening:

Weicheng probability sieve is a new and efficient screening equipment, consisting of multiple layers of sieve plates with different inclination angles from top to bottom. The top layer has the largest sieve holes, while the size of other sieve holes decreases layer by layer from top to bottom. When small materials smaller than the upper sieve hole fall almost vertically from the sieve surface, materials larger than the sieve hole will be filtered out as sieve material. Therefore, compared to traditional flat screens, probability screens usually have larger mesh sizes at the same classification efficiency. Materials are classified into different sizes, so a larger screen width not only prevents materials from accumulating and blocking the screen surface, but also increases the effective screening area of the screen and ensures its extremely long lifespan.The probability sieve has a single machine and hourly output of over 80 tons for screening materials such as mechanism sand, natural sand, powder washed salt, and sea salt, and the service life of the sieve is over 60 days.

1. Appearance structure: Closed multi-layer design, with a height of up to six layers;
2. Efficient: The vibration probability sieve has a production capacity of 3-6 times that of ordinary screening machines in the coarse sand section of machine-made sand and natural sand. The single unit and hourly production capacity can reach more than 80 tons, solving the problem of many equipment layouts on the production line.
3. Screen structure: The screen surface of the screen is designed in an arc-shaped state, and the external ratchet can easily control the tightness of the screen surface without loosening. 4. Easy to operate: The rear and front discharge ports of the device are all designed to be detachable, allowing for quick and convenient replacement of each layer of screen mesh from either side of the site.
5. Environmental protection: The equipment cover is designed with a dust removal device, which can be easily connected to the on-site dust removal equipment.

Comparison between probability screening and traditional screening systems:

The probability screening yield of GLS can reach over 80 tons per hour. The yield of linear screening is low, the screening accuracy does not meet the standard, and multiple machines must be used to complete it. The entire screening process is difficult and the cost is high.
Case: A production line of 20 tons per hour (finished products) requires the use of 8 coarse screens, 8 fine screens, and 16 fewer 1235 linear screens to complete the classification of multiple specifications. At present, one probability sieve and two 1235 linear sieves can achieve a finished product output of 20 tons per hour.
